Sprinkler Maintenance

We offer two service options: Single Service Visits or Annual Maintenance Contracts. Our Annual Maintenance Contract covers the most common service visits requested to maintain an efficient and effective irrigation system.  An example of what is included during some of these services is explained below:

Spring turn-on

Our technicians will re-attach the backflow preventer device (if applicable) and turn the water on to the sprinkler system. We will run through the entire system (for an average sized system, 6-8 zones, approximately one hour) to inspect each zone and each sprinkler head individually to ensure proper function and coverage. We will adjust heads, as needed, and we will set the timer to reflect the current weather conditions. Our technicians will also advise you of any repairs or recommendations that need to be done to maximize efficiency and minimize water usage. For example, adding or eliminating sprinkler heads, changing the type of sprinkler head to reflect current landscape, etc. *Adjusting heads does not include relocating/moving heads.

Winterization

Our technicians will shut the water off to the sprinkler system, turn off the timer and remove the backflow preventer device (if applicable). We will use a high volume compressor to blow out the water from the irrigation lines to prevent freeze damage during winter months. We will also perform an end of season check to ensure there are no other areas of concern during the off-season.

**We also offer a bonus service visit exclusively to our Annual Maintenance Contract customers.  For more information please contact us.**
